We want to make sure that every customer is happy with both the equipment and the service they receive from us, and part of that is ensuring each customer receives personal attention to review the variety of equipment available to them in order to meet their specific diving needs. We aim to provide highest level of customer service, whether you are looking for a new snorkel or a new dry suit and this customer service carries forward after your purchase.

Platinum SCUBA chooses equipment suppliers who can provide a variety of equipment selection for any budget, with fair and competitive pricing, and that is supported with good customer service. We remain current with equipment trends so we can offer good advice to customers. We believe in providing our customers with quality equipment, and if it does not meet our expectations, we won't sell it.

We also carry a variety of accessories and can do special orders. If you don't see something, please ask; we prefer to limit our in store in favour of quality over quantity, however, we have access to various suppliers and we will work to source what you are looking for and can fill many orders within days.
